We ship all sex toy discreetly in plain boxes. There are only mailling information on the package, makes no mention of the nature of the contents, except when required by international customs regulations.
Some carriers require signature from designated recipient. If this is the case, please make sure you will be unavailable to sign for your package, or you may ship your package to your workplace or the home of someone who is available during the day.
We prefer an alternative address from the customer with APO or other military base addresses, as they often take a long time to be received, if received at all by the client. If the customer does not receive the shipment, the package does not get routed back to us. If this is the case, we will provide shipping evidence only.
All customer information collected when you place your order will never be sold, rented, or gaven to any third party company or individual. There is a newsletter subscribe/unsubscribe checkbox for you to choose when placing order. If you ever receive any contact from us that you did not request, please email Customer Service with information about the email so that we can make sure you do not receive more unwanted messages.

To protect your credit card and personal information from interception by third party during transaction, Our shopping cart software uses SSL (Secure Socket Layering) for every order. Right after tansaction, your credit card information will be erased from our system, and we do not put your credit card information on any paperwork although they will be shredded in the end.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMX online and checks and money order by mail. Please email us if you have any question or special requirements.
We use an address verification service that requires the billing address you provide to be the same as the one on file for your credit or debit card. If these addresses do not match, your transaction will be declined. Please keep in mind that if you've moved within the last few years, your credit card company may have your old address on file for this service. We also require the CVV2 number from your card. This number assures that you have physical possession of the card.
Most of our shipping is done via UPS and USPS. UPS & USPS packages go out daily, Monday through Friday. UPS requires a physical street address (not a PO Box). If you want your order sent to a PO Box, we can send your package via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 4-10 business days to arrive. Please note that if you choose UPS shipping to a PO Box, we will send your package Priority Mail. APOs, FPOs and all mail to US territories (such as Guam) will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
We do not ship on major Holidays such as: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
Online orders are processed twice daily, at 8am and 1pm Pacific Standard Time. Next Business Day and Second Business Day Air orders placed by 1pm PST will be shipped same day. UPS 3 Day Select orders placed by 1pm PST will be shipped the same day.

Tracking your order
You should receive a confirmation email that will tell you the scheduled delivery date and tracking number of your package. If you choose a UPS shipping method, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Our Return Policy
We will accept unused product with return authorization approval #. If you receive a defective product we will gladly replace it within 7 days of sale. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee for qualified orders. We return credits only, you can use your credits buy any item on our website. Upon return of the defective item, we will gladly send a replacement or exchange, or issue you a gift card for the price of the product. Just email us for a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on returning your item.
If you are dissatisfied with an item: Most unopened items that are still sealed in their original packaging may be returned for an exchange or gift card within 7 days of receipt. We do not accept non-defective returns or exchanges of items that have been opened. We also do not accept non-defective returns or exchanges of the following items: Gift Cards. Harnesses. DVDs. Please note that pre-authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. Shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where our error caused the return or the item is defective. Thank you.
Unless otherwise stated, we ship the available item(s) first, backorder item(s) will be shipped right after it's been refilled. We will not charge out-of-stock item(s) before its shippment. Please be noted all backorder items will be shipped in standard shipping method.
